    Dear patients and interested readers,

    Nature has endowed women with a wide variety of breast sizes and shapes, which are influenced, among other things, by diseases and necessary operations as well as by body weight, breastfeeding and the natural aging process.

    Due to its complexity, the female breast deserves appropriate attention and specialization, especially in surgical treatment. I therefore concentrate exclusively on reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery in my work.

    If body awareness and quality of life are permanently impaired by the breast size and/or shape, various procedures for surgical correction of the breast are available. The most common operations include breast reductions and breast lifts. In addition to a permanent optimal visible and tangible result, senological knowledge is important, e.g. to preserve the later examination of the breast. The choice of the optimal surgical procedure presupposes the knowledge and ability in all surgical methods - including the demanding techniques - as well as a comprehensive education of the patient.

    For example, if the affected breast has to be surgically removed as part of the diagnosis of breast cancer, there are various surgical methods for the individual optimal reconstruction of the breast. As one of the few female plastic surgeons in Germany, I have been certified by the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC) as a "breast surgeon with specialization in microsurgical breast reconstructions" and I specialize in particular in the complex autologous tissue reconstructions.
    The transitions between aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery are seamless.

    I had a breast reduction/lift from F-cup to C-cup. Her consultation was calm, factual, clear, and easy to understand, which helped me trust her quickly. The entire organization before, during, and after the surgery was professional, attentive, friendly, and reliable. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Fenner applied the markings to my body in the morning, and she was also with me directly after the surgery and frequently afterward, changing my bandages and making sure everything was fine. I always felt well cared for. The result of the surgery is highly satisfactory. At 60, I now have beautiful breasts for the first time. They are very aesthetic and fit well with the rest of my body, meaning the transitions to the armpits are also very harmonious. I recommend Dr. Fenner because she absolutely knows what she's doing, and you can see that in the result. After all, you only have one body.

    Dr. Fenner was recommended to me by my breast center, where I have been treated since my breast cancer diagnosis. Due to a capsular contracture, I sought her advice. She provided me with detailed and empathetic counseling regarding the DIEP flap procedure. The surgery went completely without complications! I was surprisingly pain-free very quickly. At the Waldkrankenhaus in Spandau, I felt well taken care of by the warm-hearted care of the entire team.     Dr. Fenner performed a replacement of both breast implants for me after defects in both implants and capsular contracture. Prior to the surgery, she conducted a thorough examination and provided me with detailed advice on all aspects of the procedure. She also gave me excellent support with the correspondence and cost coverage process with my health insurance company. The surgery went smoothly without any complications, and I am absolutely satisfied with the result. The follow-up care is carried out very meticulously and compassionately. I can recommend Dr. Fenner 100% and would choose to be treated by her again at any time. A doctor who truly advocates for her patients!

    Dr. Fenner was recommended to me by my gynecologist, and I am very grateful that I followed that recommendation. She is a very empathetic and competent doctor as well as an excellent surgeon! The result of my breast reduction could not have been more beautiful; I enjoy it every day. Just three (!) days after the surgery, I was pain-free. The perfect aesthetic result was complemented by a very pleasant stay at the Sanssouci Clinic with excellent anesthesia, accommodation, and service, as well as comprehensive support from Mrs. Pape (Dr. Fenner's practice team), who helped me even secure (partial) reimbursement from my private health insurance and aid.
